Plan, coordinate and supervise all mechanical and plumbing works.
Prepare shop drawings and design HVAC+FIRE FIGHTING systems
Prepare Bill of quantities, materials submittals, technical offers and obtain the final approval on drawing and materials.
Supervise the work in site and provide any technical support.
Prepare the as built drawings as per received from the site engineer to submit for the client.
Supply AC Unit Equipment pumps-AHU-FCU-…. &Fir;Fighting System(FM-200 & Fire Search-...)
Search and Meeting with old and new supplier companies for HVAC&FF; system
Act as liaison with MP Consultants and subcontractors.
Plan, direct and coordinate all on-site MP activities to comply with applicable Owner, Optima RPM and government specifications, requirements and codes.
Monitor progress of the MP works for compliance with schedule and quality control;
Coordinate MP design and RFI’s between Consultants, Owner and Project Manager;
Review/Develop all relevant drawings and information to eliminate “interference” problems.
Visit construction sites to observe conditions impacting design and to identify solutions to technical design problems involving electrical systems equipment that arise during construction.
Accelerate, including source inspections to confirm material deliveries.
Provide technical assistance and resolution when Mechanical problems are encountered before, during, and after construction.
Analyze and interpret test information to resolve design-related problems.
Evaluate engineering proposals, shop drawings and design comments mechanical l engineering practice and conformance with established safety and design criteria, and recommend approval or disapproval.
Conduct inspections for quality control and assurance programs, reporting findings and recommendations.
Review existing electrical engineering criteria to identify necessary revisions, deletions, amendments to outdated material.
Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.
