The below requirements/experience are essentials:
1. B.Sc. Electronics &Communication;Engineering.
2. Should have in building solution, outdoor micro and outdoor Macro design experience 2g/3g/4g .
3. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Radio Network Planning within the international/local markets
4. Experience in Propagation measurements and coverage predictions using planning Tools.
5. Experience in Node-B, BTS, eNode-B Macro, Micro, Nano, Femtocell configuration and antenna power, parameters configuration
6. Experience of physical site design & antenna configuration.
7. Experience in Comparison of site design against link budget/path loss requirements for different technologies and services.
8. Experience in Handover strategies intra, inter frequency, technology…etc
9. Experience in Propagation analysis and will generate GSM, WCDMA and LTE coverage prediction plots and provides necessary inputs/changes for optimization.
10. Experience in Capacity Planning 2G/3G/4G.
11. Ability to multi task, work on own initiative whilst under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
12. Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
13. will be responsible for the interfacing with the concerned sections/departments Planning, Optimization, Operations, Implementation, commercial …etc. to provide the required/needed information, support and problem solving.
14. Ability to demonstrate strong prioritization skills in meeting deadlines.
15. Builds and maintains effective relationships working cross functionally while keeping customer satisfaction.
16. Ability to build and improve working relationships with key internal and external customers and suppliers.
17. Experience in SWAP projects.
18. Transmission trouble shooting experience.
19. Expert in using the below Tools:
• Mapinfo
• Asset
• Tems/Tems investigation
• M2000/Naster.
• NetAct.
• iBwave for indoor engineers
