The following skills are required:
• Can Lead a team of civil engineers
• Design / design review
• Preparing construction drawings, Work-shop drawings and as-built drawings .
• Ensures the deliverables quality.
• Monitoring personnel needs and schedules staff accordingly.
• Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, codes, standards, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Typically reports to the management.
• Can work abroad in KSA and GCC countries
