Planning & Cost Control Engineer is needed to be hired in real estate company in Heliopolis
Job Qualifications :
1. Bachelor of Engineering Civil or Architecture
2. 7 years all in building construction with at least 2 years in real estate industry
3. Excellent Command of Arabic and English language skills, both written and oral.
4. Primavera, MS office
5. Senior level
6. Male with age 29_35 years
7. Knowledgeable in Total Cost Management Concepts & Terminologies
8. Knows how to allocate the budget and establish a Cost Baseline
9. Knows Earned Value Management EVM in & out
10. Can analyse a cost report, detect issues, and effectively communicate the project’s cost performance, issues/ concerns, & recovery plans to the project team
11. Proficient in Primavera and Microsoft Excel or any other Planning and Cost Control tool
12. Attention to detail.
13. The ability to see the broader picture and work out how individual elements should operate as part of an overall aim.
14. Contractual application knowledge.
15. Able to quickly calculate all the necessary parts of a project, from the cost of equipment to the amount of time each section is going to take.
Job Benefits : 1- Salary from 15K_18K 2 5 working days Friday and Saturday off 3- Working hours for 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM 4- Social , Medical and life insurance after 3 months
